Former Call of Duty pro, and mega-streamer Nadeshot had one of the most heartwarming moments on Wednesday when he was teamed up with a kid in Fortnite.
This popular ‘Fortnite’ player cheering up his kid teammate will make you feel better about humanity
This is so sweet!

Nadeshot: Oh man, I’m sorry dude. I tried my best. There was so many people on us.
Kid: That was my fault.
Nadeshot: No, it wasn’t your fault. We just ran into so many people at the one time. It wasn’t anybody’s fault.
Kid: No, I dragged you down — because you’re like, a pro, and I’m like this noob.
Nadeshot: No, no! That wasn’t it at all! We could have won that! We got really far together, it was great.
Kid: But I’m trash, and you play with Ninja and stuff.
Nadeshot: No, no dude come on man. It’s not like that. Me and you are just having fun. We could have won that! You did a great job that entire time.
Kid: Oh ...
Nadeshot: I promise you did.
Kid: Okay. Thank you.
It’s so common to see people trash others in gaming that it’s legitimately sweet to see a pro like Nadeshot taking the time to make this kid feel better about his game. Encouragement is something he clearly knows something about. Nadeshot co-owns “100 Thieves,” a esports team in which he partnered with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
On Wednesday Nadeshot did more than just encourage a kid. He had a surprise too ... $100 worth of in-game currency so the kid could make his character look awesome.
This is all so pure and great.
