Some people wait decades to catch a foul ball. This dude got two, on the same day, on back-to-back pitches.

You could say this fan is incredibly lucky, but I like to imagine it’s his Riviera Maya shirt, likely purchased on a lovely all-inclusive trip to Mexico that brought him the good omen to get back-to-back foul balls.

The odds of this are pretty astounding. On average your odds of catching a foul ball in a game are 1:580, two foul balls? 1:336,400. Getting them on back-to-back pitches? You’re looking well into the hundreds of millions, if not billions.

This dude should play the lottery. In that shirt.
