Braves Vs. Giants, NLDS Game 3: Little Offense Through First Four Innings

Outside of Mike Fontenot's triple and Brooks Conrad's second error, there hasn't been a lot going on in here. Since the top of the second, in which the Giants scored their run and took the lead, Jonathan Sanchez and Tim Hudson have combined to face the minimum 15 batters. Hudson got a double play in the third and threw a perfect fourth, while Sanchez hasn't allowed a baserunner since Derrek Lee walked in the first.

Through four, Hudson's at 61 pitches, while Sanchez is at 57. Sanchez has six strikeouts, and has held the Braves hitless.

Nine of the 11 balls in play hit against Hudson so far have stayed on the ground.
