Milton Bradley Arrested For Making Threat To Woman
Earlier Tuesday night, it was reported that Seattle Mariners outfielder Milton Bradley has been arrested in Los Angeles County for violating California penal code section 422. Via Geoff Baker, we get a few more details.
Bradley was arrested at his home at 10:40am for allegedly threatening an unidentified woman. He was released later in the afternoon on $50,000 bail. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department website has further information online, noting that Bradley was booked at 12:53pm and released at 5:43pm. He’s scheduled for a court date on February 8th, at 8:30am.

Bradley is still due $12 million this year, but the remainder of his contract may be voided if he becomes unavailable to perform his duties. It isn’t something for the Mariners to bank on, but it is something for the team and its fans to hope for.
