↵That’s just not going to happen again. Oddly (to me, anyway) neither the PECOTA projections nor the Marcels show A-Rod bumping his batting average up much. But both do suggest that he’ll continue to be highly productive, and PECOTA even has him as the fifth-most valuable hitter in the majors.
↵Rodriguez is obviously in the decline phase of his career. But to the extent that he’s healthy, he’s still an outstanding player.
