Senator Urges MLB To Ban Chewing Tobacco

Look, I’m not a gigantic fan of the Nanny State ... Except when I am, and I can’t for the life of me understand why ballplayers aren’t allowed to smoke tobacco in the ballpark, but are allowed to chew it. Here’s Senator Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) via the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.
