Major League Baseball offers up the last round of interleague play of this season for our betting pleasure this weekend.

First, though, we take a quick look back at Thursday, when the biggest underdog on the betting board took a chomp out some wallets, as the Rockies, getting +170, beat Vance Worley and the Phillies, 4-1.

Also the A's, at +140, topped Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers, 4-1; and Gio Gonzalez and the Nationals, bet down to -120 favorites, defeated Matt Moore and Tampa, 5-2.

As for this weekend, among some of the more interesting matchups, the NL East-leading Nationals are in Baltimore for three games with the Orioles; the Tigers are in Pittsburgh for a series with the Pirates; the AL East-leading Yankees meet the Mets for another version of the Subway Series at Citi Field; the Braves are in Boston for three games with the Red Sox; and the Dodgers and Angels get together for another battle of Los Angeles in Anaheim.

On Friday's baseball betting board: Jason Hammel and the O's are listed at -120 over Jordan Zimmerman and the Nats; Doug Fister and the Tigers are -110 faves at Pittsburgh and AJ Burnett; Andy Pettitte and the Yankees are listed as -135 favorites over Jon Niese and the Mets; and Jon Lester and the BoSox are -190 chalk over Jair Jurrjens and the Braves.

For the weekend Bovada is listing Baltimore at -125 to win that series with Washington; Detroit at -175 to win its series with the Pirates; the Yanks at -165 to win their series with the Mets; Boston at -190 to win the series with Atlanta; and the Angels at -200 to win their series with the Dodgers.
