Baseball underdogs began this week in a winning way Monday, led by the biggest dog of all.

The Rockies were the biggest dog on the board Monday, getting +170 at home against Stephen Strasburg and the Nationals. But the Rocks squeezed across three runs against Strasburg and held on for a 4-2 win.
On the day the underdogs on the MLB betting board won seven of 13 games, making a profit of $295, based on theoretical $100 wagers.
Also Monday the totals leaned toward the 'unders' by a 7-5-1 margin.
Looking ahead at Tuesday's action Tim Hudson and the Braves are listed at -140 over Daniel Hudson and the Diamondbacks; Kyle Lohse and the Cardinals are -115 road chalk at Miami and Carlos Zambrano; CJ Wilson and the Angels are -155 road faves at Baltimore and Brian Matusz; Phil Hughes and the Yankees are -160 favorites at home vs. Justin Masterson and the Indians; and Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers are -125 road favorites at San Francisco and Ryan Vogelsong.
