Being a foul-line ball boy or ball girl is a tricky, thankless and often dangerous job. Aside from the fact that you could have screaming line drives headed for your face several times a night, you're also usually called upon to play catch with the third outfielders. And then there's the jackhole fans. During Sunday's high-scoring game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Boston Red Sox, a Fenway ball girl got the business end of a tricky hop.

For me, the best part is that she taps the jackhole fan on the head and appears to apologize, while smiling broadly. She just took a baseball to the face, but still has time to mock that chump. “Heh, better luck next time, nerd. Oh, you wanted a foul ball? That’s adorable. Get back in your seat, ass-face.”
