Dodgers vs. Cardinals, 2013 NLCS Game 2: Time, TV schedule, starting pitchers and more

The Dodgers wasted a terrific start from one Cy Young winner on Friday and will send another one to the hill on Saturday.

Fewer than 15 hours after the completion of Game 1, the Los Angeles Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals will begin Game 2 of the National League Championship Series.

The Cardinals took the series opener when Carlos Beltran lined a single into the right field corner in the bottom of the 13th inning. Beltran's big hit wasted a superb start from Zack Greinke, but the Dodgers will send another another Cy Young winner to the mound on Saturday.

Clayton Kershaw will take the ball for L.A. and be faced with the task of stopping Beltran and company. Kershaw posted an 0.69 ERA in two starts against the Atlanta Braves in the NLDS, striking out 18 batters in 13 innings. He'll be opposed by rookie hurler Michael Wacha, who tossed 7⅓ no-hit innings before allowing his lone hit in the Cardinals' win over the Pirates in Game 4 of the NLDS.

Coverage will begin at 4 p.m. ET on TBS and Postseason.TV. Ernie Johnson, Ron Darling and Cal Ripken will handle broadcast duties.
