Red Sox vs. Rays score: Boston cruising, lead 8-2 after 7 innings

After a zany couple of innings in Boston, things have settled down in the Game 1 matchup between the Red Sox and Rays. Both teams went down in order in both the 6th and 7th innings, so the score has held steady at 8-2. Jon Lester is still in for Boston, but Tampa Bay only let Chris Archer get four outs before replacing him with Alex Torres to start the 7th.
