Running out Clayton Kershaw, Zack Greinke, and Hyun-Jin Ryu against opponents just isn't enough for the NL West Champions. The Dodgers are looking to swing a trade to bring a third Cy Young winner to the rotation in the form of David Price. The Rangers and Mariners are also chasing after the lefty ace.
MLB winter Meetings roundup: David Price, Shin-Soo Choo and Mark Trumbo rumors from Orlando
On Day 1 of the Winter Meetings, David Price was the biggest name on the trade rumor circuit and Shin-Soo Choo dominated free agent chatter, but the market is moving on Mark Trumbo and a number of other players down in Orlando.

With Robinson Cano, Jacoby Ellsbury, Carlos Beltran and Brian McCann all locked up, Shin-Soo Choo is the top available hitter on the market and talks around the Korean star have reached a critical point. The Rangers and Diamondbacks are among the clubs bidding for his services.
The Diamondbacks could address their outfield needs in another way, however. Arizona has been talking to the Angels about a possible deal for Mark Trumbo. The Angels are asking a steep price for the slugger and focusing on pitching. The names Tyler Skaggs and Trevor Cahill are being tossed around.
David Price isn't the only lefty ace that could be made available. The White Sox are listening to offers on Chris Sale. The 24-year-old finished fifth in the AL Cy Young voting in 2013. He went 11-14 for the last-place White Sox, posting a 3.07 ERA over 214 1/3 innings, finishing second in the league in K/BB ratio with a 4.91 ratio.
The Rangers are doing some listening as well. They will consider offers for starting shortstop Elvis Andrus. Even after shipping Ian Kinsler to the Tigers for Prince Fielder, Texas has impressive depth in their middle infield. However, they will need to overwhelmed for Elvis to leave Arlington.
On player who will not be available for the 2014 season is two-time Cy Young winner Roy Hallady. The 16-year veteran will sign a one-day deal with the Blue Jays so he can retire with the organization that drafted him and developed him into the greatest pitcher of the century.
