The Dodgers are not expecting Matt Kemp's surgically repaired ankle to be fully healed before spring training, according to Jim Bowden. Bowden had Dodgers' GM Ned Colletti as a guest on his radio show and Colletti said that Kemp's leg is still in a boot. Kemp had surgery on his ankle on October 21 and it appears his rehabilitation is going slowly.
Matt Kemp trade rumors: Dodgers do not expect him to be 100% by spring training
The Bison is still hobbled by a sore hoof.

Since his MVP-caliber season in 2011, Kemp has been held back by a number of injuries. He had surgery to repair a torn labrum before the 2013 season and is now dealing with a serious issue with his ankle. After hitting 72 extra-base hits in 2011, he has tallied only 66 in the two seasons combined since. The Dodgers are reportedly shopping him on the trade market, but Will Carroll says inquiring teams are weary of his medical reports. With over $120 million left on his contract, any team seeking his services will want to make sure that he is completely healthy. And even if he is, it is expected that the Dodgers will have to kick in some cash to make a deal work.
