Japan vs. Netherlands: Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. local, 6:00 a.m. ET
2013 World Baseball Classic: TV schedule and games for Tuesday
The second half of Round 2 begins today in Miami. The US is pitted against its 51st state, while surprise squad Italy takes on the Dominican Republic.

Venue: Tokyo Dome, Tokyo, Japan
TV: MLB Network (U.S.), ESPN Deportes (U.S.)
The Netherlands and Japan are already through to the Championship Round, but they must face each other a second time to determine who enters the finals as a top seed. Japan wiped the floor with the Dutch squad earlier in the week, knocking six home runs on their way to a 16-4 mercy-rule win in seven innings. The Netherlands will try to keep that from happening again by sending right-hander David Bergman to the mound for his first start of the tournament. Japan will counter with southpaw Kenji Otonari.
Starting Pitchers: LHP Kenji Otonari vs. RHP David Bergman

Italy vs. Dominican Republic: Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. local, 1:00 p.m. ET
Venue: Marlins Park, Miami, Florida
TV: MLB Network (U.S.), ESPN Deportes (U.S.)
Italy, the other surprise team of the WBC, has their work cut out for them in their opening match of Round 2. They must take Robinson Cano, Jose Reyes, and the rest of a powerful Dominican Republic team that is looking to stay undefeated in this year's tournament. Right-hander Tiago Da Silva will try to keep the DR's star-studded lineup in check for Italy, while Padres right-hander Edinson Volquez will take the mound for the Dominican squad.
Starting Pitchers: RHP Tiago Da Silva vs. RHP Edinson Volquez

USA vs. Puerto Rico: Tuesday, 8:00 p.m. local, 8:00 p.m. ET
Venue: Marlins Park, Miami, Florida
TV: MLB Network (U.S.), ESPN Deportes (U.S.)
Team USA advanced through Round 1 by the skin of their teeth, and is looking to start the next round on the right foot. The US will take on Pool C runners-up Puerto Rico in their first go at double-elimination play, sending Gio Gonzalez to the mound to try to shut down Carlos Beltran, Yadier Molina, Angel Pagan, and the rest of the Puerto Rican offense. Dodgers farmhand Mario Santiago will take the will for PR, and will likely be facing the most stacked lineup he's ever seen with Ryan Braun, Joe Mauer, David Wright, and Giancarlo Stanton occupying the middle of Team USA's order.
Starting Pitchers: RHP Gio Gonzalez vs. RHP Mario Santiago
