Beer catch!

Who needs to bring a glove to the game when you’ve got beer?

CSH-Astros

Beer can be expensive at a sporting event. Unless you only came to the game with $10, though, it's not as rare as catching a baseball in the stands. This gentleman at Wednesday's Astros and Mariners game quickly weighed the pros and cons of beer vs. souvenir baseball, and hey, look at that:

Four things here. Dude totally steals the baseball from the fan on the far right, who only brought his hands to a beer fight. The catch itself is impressive -- and no bobble, even! -- especially since he one-handed it whilst intercepting it from another, but it looks like his friend might have been able to make the exact same grab with his own beer, had he only held it up higher.

Then there’s the post-catch celebration, in which, yeah, he spills a ton of beer all over himself, but he’s got a nifty bauble for his efforts in addition to gif immortalization. Hey, even if he did only bring money for one beer to the game, his friends owe him a round for the show.
