Yasiel Puig injury: Dodgers OF leaves after 4 innings for precautionary reasons
For the second straight night, Dodgers rookie sensation Yasiel Puig made an early exit against the Rockies.

On Friday, Puig did not attempt to run out a routine ground ball in the bottom of the third inning. He took his spot in right field in the top of the fourth but wasn't involved in any plays. It is unclear whether or not Puig re-injured his hip at some point during the game. He was replaced in right field by Scott Van Slyke.
Puig went 0-for-2 with a pair of ground outs in two plate appearances on Friday, lowering his season batting line to .392/.424/.622. He is 10-for-39 at the plate since a hard collision with the right field wall in a game against the Rockies at Coors Field on July 3.
