Sergio Romo added to NL All-Star roster, replacing Jordan Zimmermann
Romo has been excellent out of the bullpen for San Francisco this season.

Romo will replace Washington Nationals starter Jordan Zimmermann, who is suffering from neck soreness and will take the weekend off. In Zimmermann's place, the NL squad adds one of the elite relief pitchers of the past few seasons.
Romo, who has had just one season with an ERA above 3.00 in a six-year career, notched 21 saves for the Giants in the first half of 2013. He has a 2.86 ERA and 1.038 WHIP with a 38:7 K/BB ratio over 38 appearances.
The Giants will also have starting pitcher Madison Bumgarner, shortstop Marco Scutaro, and catcher Buster Posey representing the team during the All-Star Game.
