John Jaso injury: Athletics C placed on 7-day DL with concussion
Oakland made several roster moves Thursday.

Catcher Stephen Vogt was recalled from Triple-A Sacramento to take Jaso's spot on the roster. Vogt, 28, has a triple-slash line of .324/.398/.547 in the Pacific Coast League.
The team also announced infielder Vinnie Catricala was outrighted to Double-A Midland of the Texas League. He was designated for assignment on Wednesday.
Jaso, acquired in the offseason from the Seattle Mariners, has a triple-slash line in 2013 of .271/.387/.372. He has split time behind the plate this season with the incumbent, Derek Norris.
Vogt struggled in his first stint with Oakland this season, batting just .154 for that stretch. He has a long track record of hitting in the minor leagues, as he owns a career triple-slash line of .302/.365/.461.
