Oakland Athletics outfielder Josh Reddick is no longer feeling pain in his sprained right wrist and could resume playing once he is eligible to come off the disabled list during the second week of September, according to the San Francisco Chronicles' Susan Slusser. He could begin taking some swings off a tee on Monday, assuming the pain does not return.
Josh Reddick injury: Athletics OF says wrist has no pain
Reddick, now healthy, will look to turn his season around with a big month of September.

Reddick, who broke out with the A’s last year, has struggled to hit this season, batting just .213/.297/.362 in 97 games. His defense in right field remains excellent, and he could be on his way to another Gold Glove award if he’s able to log enough innings in the field. His glove alone will likely keep him in the lineup once he’s completely healthy.
Once Reddick returns, A's manager Bob Melvin will have some tough calls to make with his outfield. Brandon Moss and Yoenis Cespedes have solidified the corner outfield spots with Coco Crisp manning center field. Seth Smith and Chris Young are also capable of playing in the outfield. Tinkering with a lineup that's playing so well is always a risky proposition, especially late in September.
The Athletics opened play on Sunday two games back of the Texas Rangers in the American League West. They are currently the top-seeded wild card team.
