AL Wild Card standings: Indians, Rangers win again
Cleveland evened things up with Tampa Bay, and Texas is still lurking close behind.

The Indians routed the Minnesota Twins, 12-6, in a game that ended long after the Rays dropped a 6-3 decision to the Toronto Blue Jays. The Texas Rangers stayed close after securing their fifth straight win, a 5-3 victory over the Los Angeles Angels.
The magic number for both the Rays and Indians to clinch a Wild Card berth remains at two.
The Rays, Indians and Rangers each have favorable pitching matchups on Saturday as the teams continue their fight toward the postseason. Scott Kazmir (9-9, 4.14) gets the ball for the Tribe against Twins right-hander Cole De Vries (0-1, 11.70).
The Rangers' Derek Holland (10-9, 3.33) draws Angels youngster Garrett Richards (7-7, 4.09). All three games are set for afternoon starts.
