Travis Ishikawa joined select company on Thursday night with his three-run, walk-off home run off Michael Wacha in Game 5 of the NLCS, lifting the San Francisco Giants over the St. Louis Cardinals, 6-3, for San Francisco's third trip to the World Series in five years.

Ishikawa drove in 18 runs in 62 games in the regular season, but had 7 RBI in the five-game NLCS. He is also just the fourth person to hit a walk-off home run to win a League Championship Series.
Ishikawa is 4th ever to hit walk-off HR to send team to #WorldSeries (Chambliss 1976, Boone 2003, Ordonez 2006).
