Jose Reyes, Wilson Ramos injured, Victorino lands on the disabled list
Reyes last one at bat before getting injured again, Ramos broke his hand somehow, and the Red Sox start the year with Grady Sizemore in center field.

Jose Reyes pulled from Blue Jays' opener after first at bat
In what is becoming a predictable occurrence, the Blue Jays' shortstop was pulled from the team's opener against the Tampa Bay Rays with "hamstring tightness," according to ESPN's Jayson Stark.
Stark went on to say, “Honk if you’ve heard that on before.” Reyes, 30, missed nearly half of his first season with the team last year with hamstring issues. Toronto was hopeful he would be able to play through some minor concerns on his hamstring that arose during spring training, but it appears as though Reyes wasn’t quite ready.
In 93 games last year, he hit .296/.353/.427 with 10 home runs and 15 stolen bases.
Wilson Ramos' left hand is broken
Ramos left the Nationals opener after going 0-3 with a strikeout in the game, according to the Washington Post's James Wagner. The Nationals catcher has had some bad luck over the past few seasons with injuries. Apparently, that luck will continue in 2014. Ramos was replaced by Jose Lobaton. Washington traded pitcher Nate Karns to the Rays for Lobaton this offseason in an effort to add to their depth at catcher, though they probably didn't think they'd need it so soon.
Ramos, a career .270/.325/.445 hitter, has missed the better part of the last two seasons with knee and hamstring injuries.
Red Sox place Victorino on the disabled list, recall Bradley, Jr.
Shane Victorino has been placed on the 15-day disabled list by the Red Sox with a Grade 1 hamstring strain, as the Boston Herald's Mike Silverman reports. In a corresponding move, the Sox recalled prospect Jackie Bradley, Jr.
Boston's Opening Day lineup featured Mike Carp in left field and Daniel Nava in right, so the addition of Bradley will give the Sox some much needed outfield range while Victorino is on the shelf.
A Grade 1 strain is least concerning sort of hamstring strains, but Boston deemed the injury serious enough to rest their Gold Glove right fielder for the first few weeks of the season.
