For now, Manny Ramirez has "no team interested" in signing him, but he remains hopeful that he'll get an opportunity to play Major League Baseball this season, according to ESPN's Enrique Rojas.

At 41, Manny could have trouble finding a team willing to use him on their big league roster despite his exceptional career numbers.
He doesn’t believe that teams are conspiring against him, and he isn’t trying to come back for one last payday.
He just wants to play.
"Three weeks ago, I received a call from Taiwan to check if I wanted to return there, but I feel I can still help in MLB, in a role similar to Jason Giambi in Cleveland, for example. If it is God's will, I could play in MLB this season. I just need a team to open the doors. I can help in the field and in the clubhouse for the younger guys."
Ramirez hit .259 with three homers and 13 runs batted in in 30 games for the Rangers Triple-A affiliate last season before requesting his release. He said he “can’t complain” about Texas. He left the Rangers’ organization in search of another job that had a better chance of leading to a return to the majors.
Manny might not be the hitter he used to be, but if he somehow works his way back to the majors, it will certainly be worth watching, if only for the nostalgia.
