Dee Gordon’s perfectly-placed bunt single

Dodgers second baseman and speedster Dee Gordon is off to a blazing start in 2014, hitting .372/.429/.488 entering play on Wednesday. To start the game against the Giants, Gordon bunted down the third base line, a ball that simply refused to go foul.

Gordon was ultimately erased on a double play, but that doesn’t detract from the perfect placement of that bunt single.
