As Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw was finishing off his masterpiece, a 15-strikeout no-hitter, the Dodgers' television broadcast on SportsNet LA kept showing his wife Ellen in the stands, nervously cheering alongside Chad Billingsley's wife, Tiffany, then celebrating after the final out.
Clayton Kershaw’s wife Ellen on no-hitter: ‘We’re living in this dream’
Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw and his wife Ellen celebrated after his no-hitter on Wednesday night against the Rockies at Dodger Stadium. Hear what Ellen had to say about the game.

After the game the Kershaw’s reunited on the field as Clayton was interviewed in front of the dugout. In the clubhouse, MLB.com caught up with Ellen Kershaw.
“Tonight was so exciting. I still feel like we’re living in this dream,” she said. “It just felt like the longest 3½ hours ever, and I wouldn’t let myself believe that it was a no-hitter until that last pitch happened. Then I was like ‘Holy cow, this might actually happen.’ It was so exciting.
“It was one of those things that Clayton’s always like, ‘I really hope I’m able to do that some day.’ That would just be a dream come true. For me to get to sit up in the stands and watch it from first pitch to last pitch it was incredible. I just can’t believe it. We’re going to be living in the clouds for a while.”
The no-hitter was the Dodgers’ second of the still-young season and Clayton Kershaw’s first of his career.
