Rangers vs. Blue Jays 2015 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch ALDS Game 1 online

The best offense in baseball has one of the best pitchers in baseball starting in Game 1. Midseason acquisition David Price will start for the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 1 of the American League Division Series against the Texas Rangers on Thursday at Rogers Centre in Toronto.
The best-of-five series kicks off at 3:37 p.m. ET, the first of two American League playoff games on Thursday.
Price was 9-1 with a 2.30 ERA in 11 starts since Toronto acquired him from the Detroit Tigers on July 30, two days after the Blue Jays acquired shortstop Troy Tulowitzki from the Colorado Rockies. Toronto was 50-51 before trading for Tulo, but finished 43-18 to capture its first American League East title since 1993.
The offense is the driving force behind the Blue Jays, who outscored their opponents by a whopping 221 runs in 2015, by far the best in baseball. MVP candidate and Gold Glove third baseman Josh Donaldson combined with outfielder Jose Bautista and designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion to hit 120 home runs this year, with Encarnacion's 39 bombs the fewest of the trio.
Yovani Gallardo will have to contend with that offense, starting for Texas in Game 1. The right-hander was 13-11 with a 3.42 ERA in 33 starts in his first year with the Rangers, his seventh straight season making at least 31 starts, but his 15.3-percent strikeout rate was well below the 22.4-percent mark he established in eight years with the Milwaukee Brewers.
But Texas has a formidable offense of its own, third in the AL with 751 runs scored, led by Prince Fielder (.305/.378/.463, 23 home runs) and Shin-Soo Choo (.276/.375/.463, 22 home runs). In addition, Adrian Beltre (12 doubles, 38 RBI in 32 games in September and October) and newly reacquired Mike Napoli (.294/.410/.490 in the final month) turning it on down the stretch as well.
“Texas for me has always been a tough team to pitch against, especially back in the day. Now they have Napoli back, I think he was in the seven hole for about two or three years hitting 25, 30 home runs,” Price told reporters on Wednesday. “So it was always a tough lineup for a left-handed pitcher to face, but I’ve thrown the ball well against them.”
Price was 0-3 with a 4.66 ERA in three playoff starts against the Rangers while with the Tampa Bay Rays in 2010 and 2011, though he also had 17 strikeouts and just one walk in 19⅓ innings.
Fox Sports 1 will televise Game 1 from Toronto, beginning with a pregame show at 2:30 p.m. PT. Game coverage starts at 3:30 p.m. PT, with Kenny Albert on play-by-play, alongside analysts Harold Reynolds and Tom Verducci and reporter Ken Rosenthal.
