By now, you almost certainly have a rooting interest in the 2015 MLB playoffs. That’s good! Now it’s time to find out which famous pro wrestler is most closely associated with your team.
Which pro wrestler proudly represents your MLB playoff team?
Geographically, that is.

We attempted to give each team the most famous pro wrestler that was either born in, billed from or resided in a given city or region. For the most part, it was pretty easy!
Houston: Booker T
AWWWWW SHUCKY DUCKY. Of course, the most famous tag team ever to come out of Houston is Harlem Heat. Which is ... from Houston. Booker T is a four-time world champion in WCW (plus two world titles in WWE), a WWE Hall of Fame inductee and a big Astros fan. Plus, he is the master of the Spinaroonie. Here’s him watching the Astros mascot, Orbit, attempt a Spinaroonie.
It’s not too late to start rooting for the Astros, you know.
Texas: Von Erich Family
There aren’t really any wrestlers billed from Arlington, Texas. The most famous person billed from Dallas-Fort Worth is probably Wendi Richter. So we’re giving the Texas Rangers the whole dang Von Erich family, the most beloved wrestling act in the history of the Lone Star State. Be honored, Rangers fans. Everyone else here only gets one measly wrestler.
Toronto: Edge
No one wanted to give Edge credit for about 10 years and now he’s considered an all-time great. Just like Drake. I mean the Blue Jays.
Kansas City: Harley Race
Royals fans could certainly do a lot worse than Harley Race, one of the greatest, most esteemed and toughest pro wrestlers of all time. He once allegedly pulled a gun on Hulk Hogan. So ... you know ... go Royals!
Los Angeles: John Morrison
The Miz is famously billed from Los Angeles, but he’s a diehard Cleveland sports fan through and through. So Dodgers fans, your spirit wrestler is John Morrison, or Johnny Mundo as he’s currently known. Morrison is known for his days as part of MNM, a Hollywood tag team mercilessly dogged by their own personal paparazzi.
St. Louis: Randy Orton
This is almost too perfect. Orton, who is billed from St. Louis, is one of the most-decorated wrestlers of all time and is much, much, MUCH better than anyone is ever willing to give him credit for. He has also never once worn pants. Just like the Cardinals.
Chicago: CM Punk
No wrestler is more synonymous with Chicago (in the modern era) than CM Punk, a bright-burning superstar who left the business but still inspires rabid dedication from wrestling fans. Some fans just won’t ever give up hope that Punk will one day return and save everything. Which is a sentiment that Punk, a lifelong Cubs fan, can probably understand.
New York: Tommy Dreamer
Hailing from Yonkers, Tommy Dreamer is the hard-luck, blue-collar pro wrestler that every Mets fan can relate to. Hell, he even wrestled at Citi Field in a Mets jersey! ALSO like every Mets fan, he’s never been in a fight with his shirt off.
