The Baseball Writers Association of America is charged with bestowing the highest annual individual honors in the sport, with Most Valuable Player, Cy Young Award, Manager of the Year and Rookie of the Year to be awarded in each league.
BBWAA awards 2015 schedule: When MVP, Cy Young, et al will be announced

The awards are scheduled to be announced from Nov. 16-19, spread over four days on MLB Network, but even before that there is a separate show on Nov. 10 during which the three finalists for each award are announced.
Finalists might be a bit of a misnomer since the voting has already been completed at the conclusion of the regular season and before the playoffs began. What will be announced on Tuesday night is simply the top three finishers for each award.
Perhaps the most compelling award is the National League Cy Young, with three top-tier candidates. Zack Greinke led the majors in ERA (1.66) and WHIP (0.844), and put up the lowest ERA since Greg Maddux in 1995. Jake Arrieta of the Chicago Cubs wasn't far behind with a 1.77 ERA, leading the majors with 22 wins, including a no-hitter as part of a finishing stretch that saw the right-hander allow seven total runs in his final 12 starts. Greinke's teammate with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Clayton Kershaw, has won three of the last four NL Cy Young Awards and followed that up with a 2.13 ERA, a major-league best 1.99 FIP and 301 strikeouts in 2015, the first pitcher to strike out 300 batters in a season since 2002.
Bryce Harper hit .330/.460/.649 with 42 home runs at 22 years old for the Washington Nationals, and seems poised to run away with the NL MVP. The AL MVP is essentially between Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson and Angels outfielder extraordinaire Mike Trout, the latter being the defending AL MVP winner who is poised to finish in the top two for the award in each of his first four major league seasons.
Each of these MLB Network programs will begin at 6 p.m. ET and last for one hour.
