For the second straight season, the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers will meet to decide the National League pennant. But this time the Dodgers will have home-field advantage in the National League Championship Series, which begins on Saturday.

The Cubs closed out the Washington Nationals on Thursday, winning a thrilling Game 5 of their National League Division Series at Nationals Park. That gave Chicago its third straight trip to the NLCS, the first team to reach at least three straight League Championship Series since the St. Louis Cardinals from 2011-14.
The Dodgers swept the Arizona Diamondbacks in their NLDS, finishing off that series at Chase Field in Phoenix on Monday.
Chicago prevailed over Los Angeles in the 2016 NLCS in six games on their way to winning their first World Series in 108 years. Last year, the Cubs won 103 games and had home-field advantage. This year, the Dodgers finished with baseball’s best record, at 104-58, which means the first two games of this series are at Dodger Stadium.
In the regular season, the Dodgers took four of six games against the Cubs, with Chicago winning two of three games at Wrigley Field in April, followed by a three-game sweep by Los Angeles at home in May.
TBS will televise the NLCS, with Brian Anderson on play-by-play and joined by analyst Ron Darling and reporter Sam Ryan.
