The Arizona Diamondbacks set their 25-man active roster for the National League Wild Card Game on Wednesday night against the Rockies (8 p.m. ET, TBS), carrying 15 position players and 10 pitchers.

Rookie relief pitcher Jimmie Sherfy made the roster for Arizona, after missing the final week of the regular season with triceps tightness. The right-hander, who pitched 10⅓ scoreless innings down the stretch for Arizona, threw a bullpen session on Monday.

“Everything felt and looked very normal,” Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo said on Tuesday. “Some of the comments that he made to me following that were very encouraging.”

Middle infielder Chris Owings, who missed the final two months of the season with a fractured right middle finger, took part in batting practice on Tuesday in an attempt to return but did not make Arizona’s roster.

The NL Wild Card Game will be televised by TBS, with Ernie Johnson calling the play-by-play alongside analyst Ron Darling and reporter Sam Ryan. Online streaming is available through TBS.com and the Watch TBS app.
