Boston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts is one of the best young players in the sport, but in case this whole baseball thing doesn’t work out, he might have a decent fallback option. Betts bowled a perfect 300 game at the World Series of Bowling in Reno, Nev. on Sunday night.

This is the second time Betts — a 25-year-old, two-time All-Star who hit 46 doubles and 24 home runs for the Red Sox in 2017 — has competed in the World Series of Bowling, having also done so in 2015.

Betts’ perfect game on Sunday came in his 37th game this week. Betts needed to finish in the top 25 percent after his 40 qualifying games to advance to the cashiers round on Monday and Tuesday, but he finished tied for 158th out of 188 bowlers with an average of 205.6.

“Bowling has been a part of my life forever, so it isn’t going away,” Betts told Chris Murray of the Reno Gazette-Journal last week. “I like to compete, but I also know I need to get better.”
