The Gators and Tigers meet for Game 2.

The story of this year’s finals is pitching. Who can hit whom, and will anyone break out for a flurry of runs in a given inning? Florida showed the strength of their arms in the series opener, virtually silencing an LSU side that has demonstrated deep ball power all year — and especially here in Omaha.
LSU also isn’t without a talented staff of their own, though Monday starter Russell Reynolds got dinged early and was done after just 3 1/3 innings of work. Teams need more mileage out of their go-to arms in Omaha, a notorious pitchers’ park that normally doesn’t yield many runs.
The game will be broadcast on ESPN at 8 p.m. ET. You can also catch an online live stream over at WatchESPN.
