Despite two consecutive losses in the cage, the UFC has signed Paulo Thiago to a four fight extension according to Tatame. Via Fighters Only:
Paulo Thiago Signed To Four Fight Extension With UFC
↵↵“[Thiago’s manager] Wallid Ismail, told Tatame staff that the UFC has renewed the contract of the athlete for four more fights, but did not say when - and against whom - Paulo returns the cage.”

Thiago lost to Diego Sanchez at UFC 121. Paulo controlled the first round but gassed badly, allowing the always aggressive Sanchez to take over the final two rounds and earn the decision victory. Thiago also faded against Martin Kampmann in their fight at UFC 115.
↵If he is going to have long term success he is going to have to develop into a dangerous fighter for the full 15 minutes.
