In round five of the heavyweight championship bout between Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye it was Klitschko’s corner urging him to be more active. Haye continued to look for the overhand right to land but Wladimir began to hold his left hand up higher to deflect the incoming blows.

Klitschko continued to try to work his jab but also opened up with a lead left hook at one point, Finally with about fifty seconds left in the round Klitschko landed a big right hand that knocked Haye back but didn’t put him down. That punch would turn out to be the biggest moment of the round although Haye landed a right hand late in the round.
