More hard outside leg kicks from Mizugaki and he immediately angles out. Mizugaki drives a right hand to Bowles’ face as he tries to close the distance. Both fighters sit in the pocket and Bowles lands a nice right hand in the process. Now the fighters clinch along the fence with Bowles doing most of the pressing. Mizugaki nails Bowles with a knee from the outside in the 50/50 position.

Referee Mario Yamasaki actually separates them. Mizugaki charging in with punches, but Bowles backs out. The round ends like that.
