You probably saw Chael Sonnen after the fight, cocky as ever in his interview with Joe Rogan. He’s a showman, that much we certainly know at this point. But after the fight, he spoke with MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani and gave a much more down-to-earth interview. Check out the video of Sonnen discussing his fight, the event itself and what comes next, in a humble and grounded manner.
In Sonnen's interview, he talks about a quick moment with Michael Bisping after the fight. Sonnen asked Bisping what he thought about the match, Bisping answered he thought he won, and Sonnen said "you might be right." Here's video of Sonnen discussing the match, whether he thought he won and what he could've done differently in the fight.

Additionally, Helwani spoke to Charles Oliveira about his spectacular submission and the weight cut to featherweight. Chris Weidman also had a difficult weight cut and believes he broke his foot in his win over Demian Maia.
Finally, a bit of a lighter moment. Lavar Johnson's UFC debut went well -- he knocked out Joey Beltran on the undercard -- but his day wasn't quite seamless. Johnson spoke with Helwani after the fight, admitting his nerves got the best of him and he threw up before heading out to the cage.
