Dale Earnhardt Remembered In Photo Tribute From His Children

Dale Earnhardt is being remembered today on the 10-year anniversary of his death, but his children are asking that you celebrate his life.

↵Kelley Earnhardt, who runs JR Motorsports, released a seven-minute video with old family photos and narrated the video for fans. The photos are from the personal collections of Kelley and her brother, Dale Jr. – many of which have never been seen by the public.

↵In some cases, the Earnhardt children even pulled photos off their walls to add to the video. So in many ways, the slideshow provides insight on which pictures are most important to Kelley and Dale Jr.

↵“I hope you take this week to really celebrate the good memories, your encounters with him and the lasting legacy he’s left on the sport of NASCAR,” Kelley says in the video. “Just focus on the good times, the good memories and the celebration of what he accomplished in life, because he sure was The Man.”
