It will be another windy day at Kansas Speedway for the Nationwide and Sprint Cup series today. It won't be as windy as it was Thursday but gusty and chilly.

Forecast for this afternoon is cool and windy. High temperatures through the afternoon will be in the mid to upper 50s. There will be clouds for the first half of the day with a little more sunshine towards the afternoon. Winds will be strong out of the northwest between 15 to 25 mph and gust reaching 30 mph.
The rest of the weekend the weather improves with warmer temperatures, more sunshine and less winds. By Sunday, highs will be in the mid to upper 70s and mostly sunny.
