The first of three days of on track action for the 42nd annual Winchester 400 weekend began with fast speeds and ended with a multitude of bent up race cars.

Practice sessions, preparation, and wrecked equipment in the JEGS/CRA All-Star Tour event were the topic of the day on Friday at Winchester Speedway in Indiana.

Racing resumes today with two rounds of rotating practice sessions starting at 11:00 and qualifying for all divisions including Sunday’s Winchester 400 starting at 3:30. Racing begins at 6pm with Sportsman, Modified, and Street Stock features as well as a last chance race for the Winchester 400 if necessary.
The evening wraps up with a party in the track pavilion and live music.
