Bojangles’ Southern 500 gets underway on Saturday night from Darlington. Here’s the TV schedule for the race.


Kurt Busch starts on the pole, with current NASCAR Sprint Cup points leader Jimmie Johnson right behind him in second position. Johnson also won this race last year. Kyle Busch, who took home the checkered flag in Friday’s Nationwide Series race, is in third. Jeff Gordon starts the race in eighth, Dale Earnhardt Jr. starts in 16th, Tony Stewart in 20th and Danica Patrick starts all the way back at 40th.
The race will be Jeff Gordon’s 700th of his career. He has seven victories at Darlington, tied for the most at any track for him.
