NASCAR Michigan 2013 qualifying: Drivers may take chances as Chase approaches
The Pure Michigan 400 will be one of the last chances for drivers to qualify for the 2013 Chase for the Sprint Cup.

Those hoping to watch the action can tune into Speed TV at 3:40 p.m. ET. The station will also replay coverage at 9 p.m. on Friday, and 4 a.m. on Saturday. The Pure Michigan 400 race will take place on Sunday at 1 p.m.
The race is No. 23 of the 36-race season. The Chase for the Sprint Cup will begin after race No. 26, making Pure Michigan 400 one of the last chances drivers will have to qualify. Currently, Kasey Kahne and Ryan Newman are the holders of the Chase’s two wild card spots. A win by one of the likes of Kurt Busch, Jeff Gordon or Jamie McMurray could significantly shake up the Chase picture.
