Keith Rocco will be back on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour for at least the first three races of the season with plans to maybe expand to even more races in a car owned by John Rufrano according to a report on RaceDayCT.com.
Rocco To Make At Least Three NASCAR Modified Tour Starts
The 2010 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series national champion will be appearing in at least three NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour events.

Rocco, 29, will be running at the Icebreaker at Thompson International Speedway, and the Spring Sizzler and TSI Harley Davidson 125 at Stafford Speedway.
Rufrano is Rocco's car owner in the SK Modified division at Stafford. Rocco also races full-time in the SK division at Thompson and at the Waterford Speedbowl. Rocco finished third in the 2013 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series national standings with 14 wins in 48 starts.
“I’m excited, it’s something new,” Rocco told RaceDayCT.com. “John Rufrano is the owner and I will take care of maintaining it. I’m excited to get my hands on it and work on it a little bit.”
Rocco has made 14 previous starts on the Tour. His best finish came at Stafford in 2012 when he finished third. He made one start in 2013 at the World Series at Thompson where he finished 15th.
