Sprint Unlimited 2014 start time, TV schedule, radio and more

Here’s how to catch the 2014 Sprint Unlimited on TV and on the radio Saturday.

Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports

The 2014 Sprint Unlimited at Daytona International Speedway is right around the corner. It’s a preseason race, which means no points, but it should still be exciting. Fans will be voting on a number of competitive aspects of the race, including the starting order, the race format and the restart order for the final segment.

Voters will determine how many laps are in each of the three segments. There’s 75 laps altogether, and voting on that will end at 6 p.m. ET. on Saturday. The starting order can be voted on until 7:30 p.m. Saturday night. The restart order for the final segment will be voted on during the race, through the end of the second segment.

The race will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1 and is set to begin at 8:10 p.m. According to Jayski.com, the green flag is scheduled for approximately 8:29 p.m. If you’re looking to catch it on the radio, there’s always the Motor Racing Network.
