NASCAR Fontana 2014: Lineup, starting grid for Auto Club 400

The fifth race of the 2014 season takes place at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, with Matt Kenseth in the pole position.

The 18th annual Auto Club 400 will run on Sunday afternoon in Fontana, Calif., and Matt Kenseth will start from the No. 1 spot, the 12th pole position of his career and his first at Auto Club Speedway.

Kenseth averaged 187.315 mph during Friday’s qualifying round, narrowly edging Brad Keselowski at 187.105 mph. Keselowski has now received the second position in a fourth consecutive race.

Pre-race coverage from Fontana starts at 2:30 p.m. ET on FOX, with the race coverage beginning at 3 p.m. Mike Joy, Larry McReynolds and Darrell Waltrip will be on the call. Here is the full starting grid for Sunday’s race:
