NASCAR Phoenix 2015: Start time, TV schedule for CampingWorld.com 500

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

The fourth race of the NASCAR Sprint Cup season will be held Sunday afternoon with the CampingWorld.com 500 at Phoenix International Raceway.

Points leader Kevin Harvick, the winner last week in Las Vegas, starts on the pole. He’s looking for a record seventh victory at a track that saw him win two checkered flags in 2014. Harvick’s hot start to 2015 has not gone unnoticed.

“We’ve seen this kind of domination before that we’re seeing with Kevin Harvick and the No. 4 team. We witnessed it from the No. 48 team for several years when they were unbeatable,” said FOX NASCAR analyst Darrell Waltrip this week. “A smart crew chief, a fast car and a great driver. It’s the same scenario with the No. 4 car now and the same mojo. It’s equally as hard to beat Harvick now as it was to beat Johnson a few years ago.”

Waltrip will join play-by-play man Mike Joy and analyst Larry McReynolds in the booth on the FOX call of the race, which begins at 3:30 p.m. ET. That will be preceded by a 30-minute pre-race show, FOX NASCAR Sunday, with host Chris Myers, Darrell Waltrip, Michael Waltrip, Jamie Little, Chris Neville and Matt Yocum.

Little, Neville and Yocum will serve as pit reporters during the race.

The telecast will be available online as well, through the FOX Sports GO app.
