NASCAR Fontana 2015: Lineup, starting grid for Auto Club 400

Kelvin Kuo-USA TODAY Sports

The Auto Club 400 will begin on Sunday afternoon from Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., with Kurt Busch on the pole for the first time this season.

Busch captured the pole position on Friday with a qualifying speed of 185.142 mph for his 17th career pole and first of 2015. It’s his fourth pole in Fontana, more than any other active driver. Busch will begin the race just ahead of the red-hot Kevin Harvick, winner of the last two races.

Harvick has finished second in the two races he hasn’t won this season. The only other two drivers with top-10 finishes in all four NASCAR Sprint Cup races to date this year are Martin Truex, Jr. and Joey Logano, starting in 12th and 13th positions respectively on Sunday.

FOX has coverage of the Auto Club 400 from Fontana beginning with a pre-race show at 3 p.m. ET, followed by the race at 3:30 p.m., with the green flag slated for approximately 3:46 p.m.
