NASCAR Martinsville 2015: Lineup, starting grid for STP 500

Joey Logano is second in the NASCAR Sprint Cup points race, but he will start on the pole position at the STP 500 on Sunday afternoon at Martinsville, Va.

Logano won the pole on Friday with a qualifying speed of 98.461 mph, the 10th pole of his career and first at Martinsville. It is Logano’s second pole position of 2015.

Following Logano are Ryan Newman, Martin Truex Jr., Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson. Points leader Kevin Harvick, who has two wins and three second-place finishes in five races in 2015, starts 17th in Martinsville. Kurt Busch, who won the 2014 STP 500, starts this year in 26th position.

Fox Sports 1 begins race coverage at 1 p.m. ET, with Mike Joy, Larry McReynolds and Darrell Waltrip on the call. The green flag is scheduled for approximately 1:13 p.m.
