NASCAR Michigan International Speedway 2015: Lineup, starting grid for Quicken Loans 400

Kasey Kahne has pole position for the Quicken Loans 400 on Sunday.

Kasey Kahne, one of NASCAR’s best qualifiers over the years, snapped a lengthy skid by capturing the pole for Sunday’s Quicken Loans 400. Kahne hasn’t won pole since October 2012, but he posted a lap time of 201.992 mph to edge out Kevin Harvick for the top spot heading into the race.

Sunday’s race will take place at Michigan International Speedway and it will be the 15th race of the Sprint Cup Series. It’s a big race -- there will be a week off following it before Sonoma and the unofficial Race to the Chase begins. This is the chance for drivers to take a look at what is and is not working as they make a final push to reach the Chase at the end of the season.

Kahne and Harvick are in the front row, with Brad Keselowski, Carl Edwards, Ryan Blaney, Jeff Gordon, Austin Dillon, Jimmie Johnson, Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Busch behind them. Gordon is among those who has yet to win a race this season, while Truex Jr. is coming off a win at Pocono. The race is set for 1 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1. Below, we’ve got the full lineup and starting gird for the race.
