NASCAR is descending on Sonoma Raceway in California for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 on Sunday. It’s the first of this season’s two road courses and comes after a week off. It’s the 16th race of the season, and promises to be exciting after all teams and drivers have taken a week to determine their strategy going forward.

A.J. Allmendinger took the pole position with a speed of 96.310 mph. It’s his first pole win since April 2012. Allmendinger narrowly beat out Kurt Busch and Matt Kenseth for the pole. The top three rows will be comprised of Allmendinger, Busch, Kenseth, Kyle Larson, Jeff Gordon and Clint Bowyer. Gordon will be the one to watch, given his nine career road course wins.

The race is set to begin at 3 p.m. ET with a green flag of approximately 3:19 p.m., according to Jayski.com. The race will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1, with a pre-race show beginning an hour earlier than that. The only online streaming option is Fox Sports GO, which requires a participating TV provider.
