After an exciting couple weeks in Daytona, the 2017 NASCAR season shifts to Georgia this weekend for the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 on Sunday from Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Kevin Harvick captured the pole position for Sunday’s race thanks to a qualifying speed of 190.398 mph on Friday. The four-time winner in 2016 has finished second twice at the QuikTrip 500 — 2009 and 2015 — and has one career win in Atlanta, the 2001 Cracker Barrel Old Country Store 500, Harvick’s first NASCAR victory.

Two-time defending Atlanta winner Jimmie Johnson starts in the ninth row on Sunday, in 18th position. Johnson is tied for the most wins of this event with four, having also won in 2004 and 2007. To date, no driver has won the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 in three straight years.

Daytona 500 champ Kurt Busch starts in 13th position on Sunday, having won the event in 2002. His brother Kyle Busch, the 2013 winner of this event, starts third on Sunday.

Fox will televise the race on Sunday beginning at 2 p.m. ET, with the green flag set for approximately 2:46 p.m.
